• North London (Zone 4, 20 minutes to Kings X)
• Less than 10 minute walk to the tube (Arnos Grove)
• 2 rooms available (unfurnished but possibility to take buy bed/furnishings cheaply)– one is a double room, sharing bathroom with one other person, other is a double room with an en-suite and balcony
• Expected around £877.5 (double room)/£915 (ensuite) per month (Bills not included but are usually £100-£150 depending on time of year)
- deposit is 5 weeks rent, spareroom was being weird!
• Large open plan kitchen and living area (Furnished)
• Large garden
• Free parking
• Contract starting 13 August but flexibility on move in date
