I have a large room to let in my lovely 4 bedroom house.

The room has a large bed, wardrobes with two fitted mirrors, a small chest of drawers (which can also be used as a bedside table), a large bookcase, a large storage drawer, a desk and a chair. The door also has its own lock.

I am a female living here with my daughters so we are looking for a very clean and responsible female to share our house with (Sorry guys but this room is for females only). If you are friendly, very clean and, most importantly, considerate (as the kitchen and bathroom facilities will be shared), I'm sure we'll get on fine.

The house itself is situated just a 5 minute walk from Arnos Grove underground station (Piccadilly Line) and a 12 minute walk from New Southgate Overground station. There are also numerous local convenience stores, including a Sainsbury's Local. There are also a few cafés (including a Costa) as well as a local post office. All of these amenities are within a 5-10 minute walk.

Rent is inclusive of bills (gas, electricity and water) as well as high speed fibre optic broadband.
