We are a nice couple, living in north London, we wish to rent out our lovely, quite room with windows to garden.
Our house is situated in a close, which is always quite and clean, lovely neighbors and always free parking available.
However we are only 8 minutes drive from the north circular, 10 minutes walk from New Southgate train station. Lots of green area, 2 parks at walking distance, Nuffield gym and pool.
The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so there is always comfort and enough place for relax.
Our ideal flatmate would be a working professional female, who appreciates the good and natural atmosphere, keeps clean and tidy after herself. Good if she has a car, can keep it in free parking close.
