The rent is £575 plus a share (1/3) of the energy bills (gas & electricity).

The room has been recently decorated and unlike the photo now has a wardrobe and chest of drawers and shelving unit. Requirements can be discussed.

The share is with two female professionals in their twenties and Luna the cat, who keeps to herself!! ;-)

Situated on a quiet residential road, with good neighbours, free parking and close to nearby parks.

There are local shops within walking distance and good transportation links, with New Southgate overground station 10 min walk away and Arnos Grove station (Piccadilly Line Zone 4) only a 10 min bus ride away.
From New Southgate there are direct trains to central London which takes 20 minutes.

The Spare Room lodger agreement is used to protect both parties.
