I'm Ian - nice to meet you. I don't consider myself to be a letting agent nor a landlord. Lets just call me a maverick letting person. Like some kind of ninja warrior of the letting world.

What I do is to manage a handful of properties in Heaton and Jesmond for a couple of lovely landlords who - for some reason or other - trust me not to muck things up for them.
