We are a group of friendly students looking for a student (either Newcastle or Northumbria uni) to take other a cozy room in our six bed shared accommodation for £368.34 PCM (paid on the 5th or up to 14 days afterward).

The house is a converted terraced house located in the higher end of West Jesmond, only a few minutes away from Ilford Road metro station. The house faces the main road which has several shops directly across the street, along with a post box and car garage (located at the end of the street) in case your car breaks down.

The house contains;
. Two small showers
. One large electric shower/bath
. An open living room/kitchen/social area
. A spacious backyard
. Six bedrooms, (including the loft conversion room available for rent)

The contract is with the letting agency Mansons Ltd, (located a short distance away by metro) and is available to be taken over immediately and ends on the 5th July 2019.

The house is non-smoking, though you can use the backyard if you are a smoker.

Bills are not included within the rent but are roughly about £20 - £25 PCM for Gas + Electric, and roughly £6 PCM for broadband. The TV license is already pre-paid for the duration of the tenancy. Water is also pre-paid until roughly April, which is then approximately £6 PCM.

Alongside the £376.67 Damage deposit, is also admin fees to change the details on the contract from the current tenant to yourself (which will be discussed upon taking over the contract by the letting agent).

There is also potentially outstanding rent.
