The house is a 10 min walk from Newcastle city centre and 3 different busses run into town from the end of the road. For students the house is a 10 min walk from the Newcastle business school campus, 20 mins from the main Newcastle uni campus and about 25 mins from the Northumbria campus. It also only a 3 min walk from the nearest super market.

The house is modern, and furnished. Water, gas and electricity bills are split 3 ways. Wifi is included. If a professional council tax will be £44 per month.
