Location is amazing - on the hughstreet, walking distance to shops, cafe, bars etc, and less than 500m to the beach.

I'm looking for someone to stay in the flat whilst I'm overseas studying, so will have the entire flat you themselves for most of the time. Looking for 6 months minimum term to start, with option to stay on, but will consider shorter lets.
