Hi everyone, we're looking for a new housemate to move into a four bedroom house just off Chillingham Road in Heaton.

The single room (£216.50 p/m) is available to rent now.

The price of the room does not include utility bills, council tax and broadband, which is a set cost of £70 per month. A weekly cleaner is also provided.

The current housemates are in their mid-twenties and are professionals, they have been living in the house for a while now and are nice, quiet and respectful. Both students and professionals are welcome.

In terms of transport the house is 5 minutes from Chillingham Road metro station and there are plenty of buses to get you to town etc.

There are loads of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways in the area, all within walking distance. Jesmond Dene is just at the end of the street which is a favourite of joggers, dog walkers, cyclists and
commuters and students on the way to the city centre.
