Room: £150/week - available from Sunday, 19 December 2021 - (Sunday pm-Sunday am week). The ensuite double bedroom is truly beautiful, full of light and comfortable. It has a double bed, with a high quality complete set of bedding (duck feather duvet & goose pillows & 100% cotton Sheridan bedding). There is also a large fitted wardrobe, two night tables with lamps. There is a TV installed for your convenience. The ensuite bathroom is immaculate, warm and very light.

The bedrooms have large windows allowing plenty of warm sunshine through. They are fully carpeted with ivory wool carpet, as most of the property.

The property is a very large, modern, warm, immaculate luxury detached property located in a very affluent area.

Behind the property there is a gloriously huge garden neighbouring the impressive Victorian Saltwell Park, where one can take extensive walks.

There is fast broadband available and safe free parking.

The location offers excellent transport links to Newcastle's vibrant Quayside with its great choice of bars, restaurants and leisure facilities, the city centre being minutes away. The Newcastle Central Station and The Metro Centre, one of the largest shopping centres in Europe, are also few minutes away.

Team Valley is five minutes away, this being a large non-polluting industrial estate where lots of professionals relocate for work.

Queen Victoria Hospital is five minutes away, this major hospital attracting lots of new medical staff due to various employment contracts.

Bus 21 runs along Durham Road every few minutes 5 am till 12 midnight towards the city centre. Bus 53/54 connects to Newcastle station regularly yet again. Bus stops are within minutes walk from the front door in a very safe and well lit zone.

The fitted kitchen comprises integrated appliances: fridge/freezer, washer, microwave, stainless steel electric oven with gas hob and stainless steel extractor canopy, hoover, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. All the crockery, cutlery, glassware, silicon utensils and non-stick pans are high quality and available to use, without the need to acquire any extras.

There will be £200 deposit to pay and the first four weekly fees to pay prior to checkin. There will a two weeks / two Sundays notice rolling agreement in place after the 13 weeks minimum stay. A week stay runs from Sunday pm to the following Sunday am, without any allowance for early termination or part occupancy.

I am looking for self-supporting single professionals, who are sociable, considerate, clean and tidy; who are busy with their productive professional lives; who pay the weekly fee on time and who are sensitive to the needs of others, while respecting the property and preserving its pristine condition.

The property is not suitable for couples, as the dynamic of the accommodation on offer has been designed with single professionals or mature students in mind. For the safety of the whole property as well as yourself, no visitors or extra guests are permitted, as the accommodation would be on s single base only.
