I have had six amazing flatmates (4 females / 2 dudes) over the last 5 years and looking for one final one. I've helped others out for short term let's or long term. I have no preference. References on hand no problem.

I have recently purchased a new kitchen and should be fitted March. As you can see from the photos it's a great size, but can imagine Frank Spencer walking through it haha! The youngins or students are probably thinking who is Frank Spencer ha !

My current flat mate is moving out Janaury 2021....

Live with Oreo my cat.... My main passion is travel and do a lot of Charity work for St Oswald's Hospice... Doing a trek in Peru October 2021 for this amazing charity then going solo into Brazil...

It's a one bedroom flat... As converted my living room to another bedroom... However it can still be used no problem as a living room.... I have added a sofa to the bedroom im renting with an expensive memory form Eve mattress, mounted TV to the wall with free Netflix and Prime Video. I also dont mind using my account with Prime for any shopping needs my new flat mate has :)

I'm very easy going, fun and don't set any rules or guidelines ha... It's your home too.... I always do it on trust and no signatures or documentation is required. No deposit either. It's worked for me over the last five years.... Ha

Hive is included connected to my Echo Dot and Google Nest and also Spotify in house, with Prime video and Netflix.

I have a communal garden for the summer, shops on my door step including 3 restaurants. Bus and metro links to Newcastle city centre also... HMRC, Freeman Hospital, Quorum Business's Park and DWP connections.... Local for Drinking in Jesmond / Gosforth

Gregg's, Sainsbury's, Boots, Subway, Dominos etc on my door step. Aldi and Lidl walking distance too...
