£250 pcm plus bills so it's pretty good value! There's 2 of us here at the moment, 1m 1f, all professionals aged 25-28. We have Internet, Sky TV, Netflix and there is no contract or minimum stay.

Large kitchen and living room and the spare rooms are Medium attic rooms. Close to Chillingham Road metro and Number 1 bus route.

Bills are £65 per month in addition to the rent.
