I'm looking for a working person to rent the double bedroom in a two bedroomed house share.
All bills are included in the monthly rent.
The house is located on a quiet residential road, the area is pleasant with plenty of parks around. The property is close to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the University of Birmingham, Selly Oak Station. Shops, banks, post office, bus stops nearby.
Outside the house is the X21 bus stop which goes to University of Birmingham, QE Hospital, then on to Five Ways Edgbaston, New Street Station, Birmingham City Centre.
The double bedroom is freshly decorated and furnished with bed, desk, chair, four wardrobes, chest of drawers, bookshelves, lamps, plenty of electric sockets. Unlimited broadband. Clean, well maintained bathroom with electric shower. Well equipped kitchen: cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster; tall larder fridge, tall larder freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a garage which would be suitable for a bicycle or motorbike. The house is warm and well insulated.
