Looking for someone friendly, tidy, respectful and social.

The kitchen, bathroom and living room areas are shared. You will share the house with myself & my dog.

The rent includes some bills including rates, TV & Internet. Electricity and heating will be split between housemates.

Based just across the road from Valley Park / Leisure Centre, the house is ideally located with great transport links: bus route approx 20 mins into Belfast & 5 min drive to Whiteabbey train station.

Tesco, Lidl and M & S are also a 10min walk.
