Hey there potential flatmate!

I have a double room in my 2 bed flat up front grabs. It's in North Finchley which is a super area to live in for the amenities and connections into London (10 mins walk to Northern Line).

The apartment has a massive dual-aspect living room/dinner that is southwest facing, with a large kitchen table and benches which can seat up to 8. The space is divided nicely into the lounge area perfect for film nights, with a cosy L-sofa and coffee table.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring gas hob, a high oven, and a double kitchen sink. Dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. I also have bought a double Air-fryer, Bread making machine, toaster, kettle and all the other usual kitchen gear.

The bedroom has a single bed in there at the moment but I change that for you if you have your own bed. Two drawers. a desk. Cupboard.

The flat has two bathrooms, so you have sole use of your private bathroom - the other bathroom is my ensuite attached to my room. Your bathroom has a bathtub and shower, shower panel, sink with light mirror and toilet. There is also a small bathroom cupboard.


The building is lovely, located only a 5-minute walk from North Finchley High Street. It's also only a 10-minute walk to the Northern Line station of Woodside Park so it's super easy getting into town. Takes me about 50 minutes to get to Blackfriars where I work 3 days a week, then 2 days WFH.

I am a 39-year-old Digital Designer from North London. I enjoy living an outdoors active lifestyle while out of the house, hiking, archery or camping - then at home I am chilled and respectful, and enjoy cooking and dining. Happy to hang out and discover the local area - there are some great restaurants and pubs. I am clean and tidy and expect you to be too.
