I’m offering a Double room for Single occupancy available From the 29th of June 2025 (flexible moving date) for SHORT term Summer Only! My brother will be back at the end of September. Meanwhile the room is available for weeks .
£190 per week or £800 a month for 3-4 months Sublet (verbal agreement) no tenancy is provided.
I live with my 2 kitties and lovely girl from Hong Kong. I travel abroad a lot so mostly you will share only with my cats and my friend.

The flat vibes are very good, calm and tidy., we have a beautiful garden 🪴 we enjoy sun bathing, playing cards, dinning in the patio and sharing dinner, we are very sociable even the cats!
The Room is fully furnished:
Big 3 doors wardrobe, Shelves, double bed (120x200) with a new mattress and mattress protector, Bedside table with lamp. big desk, office chair, Black out curtains, big window with garden view.
Duvet, sheets, cushions, pillow, towels and sheets are provided.
House is located 5 minutes walking away from the tube station Woodside Park Northern line with easy connection to King’s Cross or Tottenham Court Road etc.. 30-40 min
Lots of green area, forest and hiking routes near by.
