I am looking for a flatmate to share this great peaceful, spacious house. It is a 3 bedroom house with a garden but you will be sharing it with myself only as the 3rd bedroom is kept unoccupied.

This house is very spacious, quiet and clean- not your standard London property - it is a home. There is a shared living room, dining room, one bathroom, garden, and a new, fully equipped kitchen.

The room has recently been decorated and has a double bed, chest of drawers, and two double wardrobes (plenty of storage!).

The house is 3 minutes walk from North Finchley Bus Station. There is a Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Aldi, coffee shops, restaurants and a gym walking distance from the house.

Myself:
I am a quiet, considerate and busy person and I would be looking to share the space with a likeminded flatmate.
When not at work I like to meet up with friends, go for long nature walks, exercise, meditate, read a book, watch a good film, play squash or just relax in the house or the garden.
I work full time 3 days at the office and 2 days from home.

The rent:
The rent is £900 per month which includes the council tax. It does not include gas, electricity, water, wifi etc
