Hi there. I have a double room available in a 2 bedroom flat close to Queens Park/ Kensal Rise.

The house is clean and quiet with positive energy. I'm looking for someone with similar interests and who takes pride in where they live and keeping it clean.

You will be sharing with me, Jan-Michael. I'm into yoga, meditation, healthy living, ecstatic dance, music ect. I'm quiet and clean ( so no booze hound tornado-types please ;)
I'm looking for someone clean/tidy, friendly and quiet.

The rent ( £650/month ) includes wifi internet, all bills. If you don't want to have cleaning duties, then we will have to get a cleaning lady in every 2 weeks ( at an extra cost ) The flat is in a quiet road with a lovely backyard and fire pit.

The room is available 3 September. Minimum stay is 5 months up to a year or two. I'm not looking for students and party animals.

I'm open to a Monday to Friday tenant if that's what you prefer ( @ £550 per month)

This is for one person only ( no couples )
The room has a double bed with a new mattress.
