I am sad to be leaving this lovely flat which is moments from Ladbroke Grove station, Portobello Road Market and lots of trendy cafes/bars.

For the price, the room is such a steal: it is large, sunny and comes with a sofa, chest of drawers, coat rack and a comfy double bed, with enough room for a desk and storage unit (these are mine so won't be included:)).

The flat also has a private back garden with a treehouse and an amazing, large bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub!

£820 a month covers everything (water, electricity, council tax, fast internet) but gas which is calculated quarterly.

The landlord is chill - gets problems sorted quickly and the current flatmates are very nice, clean and respectful of each other. You'll have a nice time living here! 😊
