I hope you're well.

We're looking for a flatmate to take over a nice room, in a super great place located near Portobello / Notting Hill.
There's a nice open space kitchen, with great luminous living room, opening on a spacious terrace. The room has a big wardrobe, double bed (queen size), and bed table, and there's some other storage around the flat. There's also a communal garden and off street parking (drive way).

This 3-bedroom flat is close to Portobello road, Notting hill, Tesco shop and Post office are just outside (2min walking), close to Central Line (White city station) and Hammersmith/Circle Line (Ladbroke grove, Latimer road station) within 12 min walking distance. There are two parks close-by, and lots of amenities (sport center with climbing wall, boxing, fitness etc.)

Should you move with the current tenants, the single room is 700£, including all bills, e. g. Virgin broadband, electricity, water, heating etc. It's not en-suite, but the shared bathroom is really nice, and we're clean and tidy guys. :)

I'm 29, French, living in the UK for 5 years now, finishing my PhD at Imperial, working at LSE soon. the second flatmate is Italian, 36, working professional in recruitment. We've shared this flat together for 3 years now, and the third flatmate went home, so we're looking for a lively addition to join the team, tidy and reliable like us. Our initial contract runs until November, one month notice, short term are welcome too, with possibility of renewing afterwards.

IMPORTANT In the event where we cannot find a third a person or that you are willing to take over the whole flat, the total rent would be £2200 excluding bills, with a 1 month deposit. There are two other double bedrooms, and the flat would be available from May 6th. The double bedroom 1 has a big wardrobe, desk and chair and bed table. The double bedroom 2 has the most storage, with two big wardrobes, and a bed table. The single room has a big wardrobe and bed table. All beds are double / queen size beds. The property is metered and usually tenants pay £10 water, £35 electricity/gas and £12 for fast internet (fibre optic, Virgin, BT, etc) each on a monthly basis.
