Double available in a lovely flat in Islington/Kings Cross, with your own separate bathroom.

I am looking for a perfect flatmate to replace the lovely onewho is moving out so will be very picky!

2 nights a week mid week for 500 a month is my preference but open to suggestions.

Not looking for a full time flatmate long term but open to offers for mid July to Mid August where i coul potentially be away a lot. Full 7 days would be 1500 a month.

I am a friendly, relaxed, respectful 41yr (young at heart) professional male. I get up fairly early for work so no night owls/party animals please. Looking for someone who is tidy, easy going and respectful who is looking for a place to relax in and sleep.

Gym and steam room in the building. Small park just outside.

Great transport Kings Cross/St Pancras (13 mins walk)
Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground (5 mins walk)

Amazing area for food and shopping - Coal Drops Yard, Granary Sq etc
