Lowe Guardians will ask for 500 deposit and 470 for the room which is a good sized double room. The house is newly refurbished/painted, clean carpeted and has been furnished with all new white goods. The flat on the second floor, overlooks Clissold Park and is in very close range to markets, shops, pubs, gym and yoga salons. All hail gentrification.

We are two young professionals: Sherife (27-me) and Charlie (32-him). I work in community engagement and work from home most days and I like to dance. Charlie is a music technology teacher, electronic music producer and part time chef. We are chill people and are looking for a third to join us. We have an extra room which we will use as a spare guest room/living space but it’s just enough for storing stuff. Bills are not included- internet would be £10 each and we will figure out council tax and other bits when we move in but hoping that with Summer approaching we will be keeping th cost low!

We will be holding viewings for whence we find someone we click with. We will have an ongoing process for move in until the beginning of April.
