I am a private landlord looking for new tenants (no agency fee or any other fees).

My tenants have left London due to Covid, I am looking for 3 non-smoking clean/tidy professionals or mature students ASAP to share this lovely home with my current 2tenants. The existing tenants are three cheerful and happy females in their mid 20s working in research and PhD researcher. They love the place like their home and keep it clean.
