Hi there,

I’m looking to rent out my spare bedroom for 2-3 nights a week. The room has a single bed, a small but functional closet, desk, under bed storage and shelving. The flat is very close to Turnpike Lane tube station and is well connected by bus. Hornsey train station is in walking distance with connections to the City and Cambridge. The high street with its amenities (several supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, yoga studio, gym, cinema, shops and food stalls) is a 5-10 min walk, lovely Crouch End is a 15-20 min walk and leafy Alexandra Palace is about 20-30 mins by foot. The flat comes with a shared living room, a functional kitchen and bathroom.

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful professional who’s looking for a room for up to 3 nights a week. Ideal would be a likeminded, independent woman who knows her way around London, isn’t a couch potato and would be up for a drink or meal from time to time.

I’m a live in landlord, in my end 30s and work in biotech. I’m originally from Germany but have lived in the UK for over 10 years. I love the outdoors and get excited about any kind of outdoorsy activity. I also really like to explore exhibitions, go to the cinema or meet friends for dinner/drinks. I tend to be quite busy during the week and usually come home after 9pm.

The rent for the room is £570 per month including bills (heating, electricity, WIFI) and a cleaning lady that comes every 3 weeks.
