Hello! I have a room available for rent in Dalston/De Beauvoir. You would be taking over my place in the contract from mid-April to mid-September, with the possibility of renewal. The new tenant will need to go through the standard reference check with the agency.
The Flat
The apartment has two well-sized bedrooms, and the new tenant will be moving into the larger room. The living room is very spacious and bright, featuring a Juliet balcony and two large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is separate from the living area and fully equipped, including a microwave. The bathroom is also excellent—spacious for two people and in great condition, with a bathtub, shower, sink, and cupboard space.
You’ll be living with Davi, a Brazilian PhD student in Economics. Davi enjoys weightlifting, cooking for his friends and flatmates outdoors activities. He is looking for a flatmate who social, clean and likes foccacia.
The Bedroom
The room available is a great size and comes with a double bed and a large wardrobe. I also plan to leave a desk and a clothing rack, which we can negotiate a price for if you'd like the room to be furnished. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, I can remove some of the items. The room has two large windows that let in a lot of natural light.
Location
The flat is located in a beautiful part of De Beauvoir Town on a quiet, tree-lined street. It’s just a short walk to Kingsland High Street, where you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, and grocery stores (Aldi, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Tesco). Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations are only a few minutes away, providing easy access to the Overground and quick connections into the city. There are also several nearby bus routes that take you to Angel, Clerkenwell, and King’s Cross in no time.
