It's positioned on a charming residential street between Clissold Park and backing onto the West Reservoir. This makes the area remarkably quiet with friendly and welcoming neighbours.

There is a cozy, living room, cute kitchen as well as a separate bathroom and toliet. Room is furnished.

You will be living with Murwarid, 31 year old British Afghan woman who works in Comms and Andrew, a 30 year old who works in property. We are looking for someone who would like to make this a home - chats, pubs, dinners on occasions but we also understand that you have your own lives. Politically left-wing so important any new housemates share a similar worldview. Queer friendly house.

This house will suit professionals who works Monday - Friday 9-5. We both work hybrid - mixture of wfh and in office dependent on business needs.

Murwarid has lived here for three years and built a little home - keen for other housemates who would like to do similar.

The house operates a cleaning rota which works quite well.

Bills are approx. £130 per calendar month. There is also a £200 security deposit to pay to secure the room.
