Hey there!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home in Stoke Newington from 3rd May. It’s a bright, spacious, and welcoming three-bedroom flat with a shared living room, a separate kitchen and a balcony. The available room is the biggest in the house, with two windows that let in loads of natural light. The bedroom comes unfurnished apart from the bed. Rent is £825 pcm (bills not included).

You’d be living with two people that work in the arts and hospitality. Our home is social but not a party house—we love good conversations, shared meals now and then, and having a comfortable space to unwind. We’re looking for someone easygoing and happy to share a home in a friendly and respectful way.

The flat is in a great spot, just a short walk to Stoke Newington Church Street, with its amazing cafés, pubs, and independent shops. There are also fantastic green spaces nearby—Clissold Park, Abney Park, and Springfield Park—perfect for walks all year round.
