The house is currently shared by a total of three young educated professionals, very friendly and respectful.

- 1 young British guy working in Sales administration

They are all graduates and are looking for a similarly educated with excellent English new housemate. Due potential noise at night, we cannot accept people working night shifts, sorry.

There is a kitchen/diner, the shared living room and a garden perfect for BBQs, 2 shower rooms/bathrooms and 2 separate toilets

The room is comfortable and very quiet. It includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside chest of drawers, shelves and mirror (all Ikea).

Cleaner comes once per week and a fast broadband connection (optic fibre).

All bills and cleaner are included in the price.

The landlady is fully compliant with Health & Safety regulations and operates 100% legally and is very efficient dealing with maintenance issues.
