Looking for dog friendly house mate. Unfurnished double room available that will fit double bed and desk etc. 3 bedroom house with private rear yard featuring firepit and small shed. Ample storage via spare single room and built in cupboards etc. I have a friendly non shedding cockapoo and new housemate must be gay friendly. I have furnished property throughout except the room being advertised. Available mid Sept. Permit holder street parking out front of house (only about £20 for a year). Rent PCM and deposit is 387.50 and bills about 200 each per month. Landlord may consider monthly rolling tenancy or fixed for 12 months. I work from office a few days a week and the rest from home. Few min walk from metro station and town centre amenities.
