Hello there! We are advertising two spacious rooms in our beautiful South Hampstead home, a well located and convenient 10 minute walk from Finchley Road tube and minutes from buses and overground. Highlights are the airy high ceilings throughout, the large patio and garden perfect for barbecues and spacious size of both rooms (one with ensuite). Two roommates are sadly leaving as they need to be closer to work and a new lease is starting (you would sign onto the new lease). A bit about Stam, who will be staying on: I’m 32 years old, coming from Greece and working as a project manager. I enjoy wandering around the city and walking at the parks in a daily basis. The weekends I spend the most of the time outdoors, although during the weekdays, I mostly work from home. In my spare time, I play football, go for running and enjoy dinning out with friends.
