Room for rent in Kilburn, available from the 20th of December. Minimum term of 4 months. This is currently my room, but I need to leave for personal reasons. I have already paid this month so you would start paying from January even if you move into now. The room is quite wide, has a new double bed, a desk and chair, bin, wardrobe with lots of space and 3 chest of drawers. All bills included. The property has a wide kitchen with all utilities and a free room with a balcony that is not being rented.
