Big En Suite Double Room in Spacious West Hampstead Flat - close to transport links and we have a cat!

We are looking for a new housemate to join our 3-bed West Hampstead flat. We are looking for someone who is happy to join in film /pizza nights and a drink at the pub.

The room is a double room with an En Suite and is the largest room in the flat. There is plenty of storage and a big window that allows for plenty of light in the room. The room includes: bed, bedside table, wardrobe and drawers. There may be an opportunity to buy the rest of the existing furniture from the current tenant. The room is on the top floor of the flat, away from the other two bedrooms and communal area's so you have plenty of privacy! The room also comes with a huge en suite bathroom with loads of storage.

There is a huge living room with plenty of sofa space and a dining table. We sometimes have dinner together or just chill watching tv and having a catch up.

The kitchen has plenty of space for three people to cook at the same time. It is has lots of cupboard space and all the necessary kitchen appliances, as well as some extra plates, dishes, pans etc that are shared.

The flat is at the back of the property so is quiet and peaceful. It is about five minutes’ walk from West Hampstead tube station (Jubilee Line + night tube!), and a little further to the Thameslink and overground. There’s also a bus stop right outside which has great links to Central London. It is close to lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs and weekly farmers market every Saturday!

Current housemates:

Georgia, 27, from Newcastle has lived in the flat for 3 years and is currently training to be a Barrister.
Laura, 24 also from Newcastle (by coincidence!) is a civil servant working on public health policy.
We both love swimming, drinks with friends and exploring London! We both enjoy chilling in the flat after work (especially watching gameshows!). We hope we can find someone who can be a friend, as well as a housemate.

Kiwi the cat - She’s an indoor cat, is very friendly and always happy to have a play / cuddle Because we have Kiwi, we unfortunately can’t accept anyone who has animals of their own. It would be great to have someone who is comfortable around cats and who doesn’t mind feeding her if Georgia isn’t around.
Celeste, Kyoto and Wasabi the Fish - Laura has fish in her room, which requires some Kiwi management!

The flat is available from mid-late March but this could be quite flexible. The room is £680 a both and bills around £125-150 a month.
