ABOUT THE AREA:

The house is in a quiet area with plenty of little shops, restaurants and parks just a few minutes walking distance away, with the nearest station being Kensal Rise, 5 mins away.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

There is a big kitchen with two ovens and two fridges, a washing machine and a dryer. As it is a big house, it does have two bathrooms, one on each floor.
There is also a garden, which is perfect for dinner parties and sunbathing in the summer. The bills for the house are included in the rent, except for gas/electricity (£30-40monthly) and broadband (£5 monthly)

HOUSEMATES:

You will potentially be living with 4 young professionals who are super fun, friendly but at the same time, respect everyone’s privacy. They are people who have become my good friends over the period of me living in the house and we often go out for drinks, have dinner and do things together.

I am looking for a friendly, young professional to take over my room, who is respectful of others’ privacy and schedules, as well as tidy.

CONTRACT

The contract is for 12months, but you can leave at anytime, when you find a replacement for your room.

A payment of £770 one month in advance rent , meaning you don’t have to pay for your last month, once you decide to leave the house.

£200 holding fee to secure the room, which will be returned to you after the room has been secured.
