I am looking for a tidy, respectful person to sublet my room to for 2 months, July and August.
It is a medium sized room with a walk-in closet, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, 2 desks and a chest of drawers.
It is very light and pleasant :)
The bathroom is shared with 2 other flatmates (there are 2 bathrooms in the house), and it is light and spacious.
You will have access to the kitchen and garden, the living room and a shelf in the fridge. The kitchen is fully furnished too, with a washing machine.
Bills and broadband included.

My flatmates are all art students, they are all quiet and friendly. We try and keep the main areas clean, and will expect you to do the same ;) Noise will have to be kept at respectable hours too.
There is a lovely park at walking distance, and all the necessary shops in Finchley (you can walk there or take a bus).
