Double room:
£707pcm

We're looking for a new flatmate to take over a double room in our lovely flat in Kensal Green!

Room comes furnished with double bed (including mattress) chest of drawers & wardrobe. Space also for a bedside table and shelving unit that can be added by yourselves.

Suitable for 1 person (sorry no couples please!).

Flat has 2 other double bedrooms (over 2 floors), large bright and airy living room with dining table, sofas, tv. Separate kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher and washing machine and small appliances - kettle, toaster, microwave. Large main bathroom with bath/shower, this will be shared with one other flatmate who is away travelling a lot for work so often you will be the only one using it.

The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, but transport links are really good, 10 min walk to Kensal Green (Bakerloo & Overground), Kensal Rise (Overground) and Willesden Junction stations (Bakerloo & Overground). Oxford Circus is 20 mins on the Bakerloo line and Euston is 15 mins on the overground so easy access into central London. All stations are in zone 2. Chamberlayne Road in Kensal Rise is a 10 min walk where there are plenty of lovely pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Bus links are also good including the 18 to Euston. Parking is available on the street outside with a permit or paid parking.

Price for the room is £707pcm, bills aren't included but are around £120-140 per month each which includes gas & electric, Sky superfast broadband, water & council tax.

Contract is on a rolling monthly basis but ideally with a minimum of 6 months stay and would begin on the 6th July.

We rent through a private landlord and deposit is £1020.

You'll be living with Arnie and I who have lived in the flat for 4 years already. We really love it and having lived in numerous flats and different parts of London this is the place that's most felt like home! We're both really easy going and sociable, so we're looking for someone that would want to get involved whether it's just hanging out at home or going for dinner/drinks etc occasionally but also respect each other’s privacy and space equally. We also like to make sure the flat is always kept clean & tidy so are looking for someone that's happy to help look after the flat and make sure it's kept a lovely place to live. We are open to both students and professionals. We both work for beauty businesses in account management and education and both work from home a few days a week but there’s plenty of space for a third housemate to do the same if needed - the broadband is also up to the job!

Any questions or if you would like to come and view the flat please don't hesitate to message us! (Please email or text during working hours as not always able to take calls!)

Thanks,

Emily & Arnie
