I have a single room available in my home.

The house is in a great location for the town centre which is 5/10 minutes walk, there is also the Mounts Gym and swimming pool close by as well as the bus and train station.

The room available has a double bed, a set of drawers, a wardrobe and a desk.

In addition to the kitchen and bathroom the lounge and dining room are also available for use by all house mates. We have all the usual mod cons including microwave, washing machine, Netflix and wifi.

The house is in a very quiet street and we prefer to keep noise levels low and no overnight guests.

There is on street parking available which is free after 6pm or requires a permit Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm, 2 hour parking bays are also available and other free parking a few streets away.

I am a health care professional and work Wednesday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, there is one house mate living in the house, who stays weekdays only. If you are interested in viewing the room, please email, ring or text
