Hi,

I am Marna and I live in a large house in Weston Favell village.

I am looking for a professional female lodger to rent a room. The room is triple aspect with beautiful views over the gargen and church next door. There is a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, a work space with desk and chair, and sitting area with sofa and coffee table.

There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower, a shared kitchen with aga, induction hob and washing machine, and a shared sitting room with tv. There is a large peaceful back garden which I am rewilidng and has fruit trees and a pond with fish.

The area has a lovely village feel, and is peaceful and green, but it is close to town, which is easily accessible by bike or many buses. There is an ALDI two minutes away and a large tesco about a 20 minutes walk. We are very close to the park and the local allotments.

I am a passionate gardener and environmentalist. I am retired and spend my time in my garden, at the allotment, preserving and cooking, and playing bridge. I enjoy walking, art, theatre and spending time with my children and grandchildren.

I have a friendly terrier dog called Digby and I rent out another room to a professional male who has been with me for nearly three years. We both believe in looking the environment and nature, and are dog lovers, and we would welcome someone with similar beliefs.
