Room is clean, neutrally decorated, newly carpeted, and furnished.

Ample storage in built-in furniture and under bed. Comfortable double bed and large mirror in room. Bedding is also provided if required.

Shared Space:
Large lounge with 2 sofas, and a brand new Kitchen with underfloor heating. We also have a third bedroom with a sofa bed and tv - ideal as a bonus space to relax for you or us. There is a shared, modern 3 piece bathroom inc waterfall shower over bath, and an additional downstairs cloakroom toilet. The house has recently been rewired, so decorating currently happening to complete the finish.

Garden has a deck, a small amount of grass, a patio and a shed.

All bills included - internet is Gigaclear fibre.

As for parking - Property has large driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars off road. There is also on-road parking on our quiet, residential street.

Live-in landlords (F, 32 and M, 41). We both work non standard shifts, so you can expect a mixture of days/evenings/weekends to yourself. When we are there, we love cooking and watching films. We consider ourselves tidy, clean and fairly quiet and would be looking for someone considerate who shares these values.

No real gender or age preference. We would prefer a single person, but a couple may be considered for slightly higher rent. Monday-Friday or Full Time considered.

Household has one small house cat who is pretty chill. For this reason, no allowances for tenant with pets unfortunately.

Located on the southern side of the village, we are close to some beautiful countryside. Perfect 'crossroad' location for commuters to Northampton, Wellingborough, Bedford and Milton Keynes (all less than 30 mins away by car), and also feasible for those who drive to Northampton, Cranfield or Bedfordshire University.
