We have a double room in our house to rent with access to own bathroom in Raunds.

We are located 10-15 minutes from Rushden, Higham and Wellingborough and have lots of local amenities.

We are 2 professional males age 36 (couple) and just thought we would make use of our spare room.

The room is a double bedroom in a 3 bedroom house and would have sole use of the upstairs bathroom, which is next to the bedroom.

The bedroom has a TV and access to a amazon fire stick and we have good WiFi access.

We have recently modernised the kitchen and you would be able to use the fridge, freezer, washing machines, dishwasher and cooker.

We have a good size living room, dining room, conservatory, summer house and hot tub and happy for you to make use also. The summer house can also be used as a lounge if needed.

We are a professional couple (Lee and Simon) and have lived in our house for the past 6 years with our 2 dogs called Lucy and Milo, so you have to like animals, but they are really friendly.
