Located in West Point. The bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and you'll have the flat bathroom (which is a Jack & Jill bathroom) to yourself as I have an en-suite. You will have shared use of the living area with tv/sofa/netflix etc, the kitchen with pots/pans/cutlery/coffee machine etc, and the washer/dryer. Utilities and WiFi are included. The flat is really close to the train station and has a co-op and a few bars immediately nearby. Short walk into the city centre for bars/shops etc.
The photograph of the living room is current, but the one of the bedroom is an old one just to show the space for now. It’s full of my current flatmate’s things at the minute so difficult to photograph, I’ll take new pics once he’s straightened up - you’re more than welcome to arrange a viewing in the mean time.
I’m Will and I'm quiet and tidy, and sociable but respectful of other people's boundaries, so I’m looking for a flat mate that’s on the same page. Usually I like to keep active at the gym or bouldering, socialise by going out for food/drinks or any other activity, and spend my downtime reading, playing xbox, or watching films.
The room will be available sometime towards the end of September, exact date TBC
I'm open to negotiation on the price, especially for mon-fri only lets. Just send a message and we can have a chat.
There is a car park underground and spaces can be rented for approx £180pm, maybe cheaper now given the current situation.
