I have a large double room to rent in North Leeds.

House and Room info:

Room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden so it is nice and quiet. It is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and occasional chair.

The house has a living room, large dining room (with workstation), bathroom and additional downstairs toilet, small kitchen (but has all the appliances you need), garden and offstreet parking.

Location:

Excellent public transport and road links. It is less than 15 minutes to Leeds City Centre by bus or car. It is a 5 minute walk to the centre of Chapel Allerton which has shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
