Hello! 

We're hoping to find an easy going person who wants to share a beautiful big house on the door step to the beautiful Potternewton Park. 

We are a super chilled, happy home where you will always feel welcome, cosy and comfortable.  We are looking for someone who is chilled out, clean and tidy, and is happy to have a chat. 

The house is furnished, with all white goods, kitchen utensils available and a dishwasher!

There's a washing machine  and a cellar that can also be used for storage space.  

The area is an ideal location as you've got access to everything: a Multicultral community and shops with a great selection of food to buy. 5mins to Chapel Allerton with cafes, bars and gift shops galore and the huge Roundhay Park and Oakwood are 10 minutes up the road. There's great bus routes and road links into the city centre every 10 minutes and it takes only 15 minutes to get into the centre on a bad traffic day.

ALL bills are included, (Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Gas, Internet and TV licence). 

Private Landlord  I will deal with any problems or repairs.

There is a registration form, two references requested and we use the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) so everyone feels safe and above board.
