Lovely cosy double room in a 3 bed house in Chapel Allerton, my house is literally round the corner on the regular bus route into city centre and only 10-15 mins journey. Shared bathroom, good shower, house kept nice and clean, nice big comfy corner sofa in lounge with smart tv with Netflix, new kitchen and all mod cons to make yourself feel at home. Big back garden and quiet street, only 5-10 mins walk into centre of chapel allerton to all the bars and restaurants there. I'm usually out and about and work some long hours being in the media industry we'll only see each other for a bit anyway, but I'm a friendly down to earth person and want to make sure you're at ease and relaxed in the house like it's your home away from home!

Ideally only looking for week only lets hence the weekly cost of £125 is based on 5 nights if longer term, but we can discuss if you need some weekends too.
Also available for short term lets - costs to be discussed based on your length of stay.
