My flatmate already moved out and the person who was interested to move in finally did not took the room for the current situation.

The apartment is a two-bedroom flat with two bathrooms (one en-suite). The room posted is the bigger one with an en-suite bathroom.
The flat comes fully furnished, with a shared kitchen/living room and with a small utility room perfect for extra storage.
We also get light all day long though the windows.
The building is owned by an agency and they will request to go through all the paperwork (references check and one month deposit to be placed into the deposit scheme). The contract is 6 months minimum starting either in April or May.

Flat rent is £795 (split between 2 people costs £397.50
For the last year, our average calculation has been between £480 to £510 per month including bills (broadband, water, electricity and council tax).

The flat area is quiet with a good connection to the Ring Road and other motorways and also public transport.
- Aldi, Pure Gym and One below just across the road.
- nearest GP just a few minutes away.
- The bus station is about 7 mins walking.
- The train station is 20 minutes away.
- There are few pubs around and you will arrive at Belgrave and Merrion St in about 5 minutes or less.
- Saint James Hospital; around 10 mins walking.

To know a bit about me, I like cooking and baking so you normally will find me there after work. Always up for a chat and drink but I also like having my own space after a long day. I would like to find someone to maintain the flat cozy and could keep calling home. I try to go to the gym quite regularly and spending time with my friends going out for coffee/drinks or spending the day away.

I'm available for viewings in the evening or during the weekend as I do work Mon-Fri office hours.
