We have 2 spare rooms, £345 all inclusive per room, 5 mins walking time from Leeds University. It is 15 mins walking to the LGI Hospital and the City Centre, 5 mins on the bus.
There is free parking on the garden side of the house, which is a private road.

We are a family renting out rooms in a huge house in Hyde Park. The adult age range is 29 - 53. The room, which is light and spacious is fully furnished.

We are looking for non-smoking females without pets preferably, sorry.
