We are looking for a third housemate to come live with us on West End Street from 11 February 2021.
The room available is a spacious and bright double room, furnished, in a cosy terraced house. It comes with a comfortable bed, desk, bookshelves and a very convenient walk-in closet.

There is a shared living/dining room, kitchen and small bathroom with shower over the bathtub. Upstairs there is also a boxroom with a spare single bed (very convenient for storage and if you have guests over).
Carpets have been changed throughout the house very recently (last October), so in a pristine state.
There is a small back garden with a vegetable patch, and where we can leave bikes. The neighbours are lovely, which is always a bonus!

There is Tesco express very close by, the Fat Cat pub and bus stops to the train station/city centre/UEA/NNUH on Dereham and Earlham Rds nearby. Approximately 15min walk to the city centre. There is free parking on the street too.

The rent is £290 pcm + £7.50 for internet + gas/electricity/water bills not included (approximately £38 pcm).
The deposit is £290.

About us: we are two young women, Chloe is a theatre director and Sarah a playwriter. We are both easy going, tidy but like the house to be a welcoming space.
What we'd like from our new housemate: someone respectful, clean and tidy, and who is happy to interact with us (not to treat the house as only a dorm).
