Single room available in a city flat. 5 minutes walk from Chantry Place shopping centre. I am a working professional who may potentially be doing a masters in journalism next year. My flatmate is a final year student in photography at NUA. We get on well but also get on with our own things. Text me if you are interested in the room. The rent is £300 and bills would work out about £80/£90 each between 3 of us-everything including TV license included. If you are not a student you would also need to pay council tax with me. The damage deposit to Prolet is £340. The tenancy ends on the 31st July 2022.
