I will be leaving the property after around 5 months so there is potential for the right person to take over the tenancy after this.

Would suit a PHD or mature student who wants to be close to the city centre but not too far from the UEA and Golden Triangle. The flat is large and airy, with high ceilings and big windows. All amenities you'd expect - gas cooker, washer dryer, power shower etc. There is a large private car park at the rear of the flats exclusively for tenants. I'm in the bigger front room of the flat so will be paying the largest part of the rent, then we can share the bills equally. Bills will be about £150 per month each but could go up a fair bit this winter (energy crisis and all that!)

Just a quick bit about me - I'm a Support Worker, artist and trainee Art Psychotherapist. I'm a busy person generally but also like my down time and I'm sociable and accepting of all types of people.

I would appreciate someone who is similar - quiet but also friendly, as well as being considerate, reasonably clean and tidy. I guess my partying days are behind me so I'd appreciate someone who uses the flat as a sanctuary! I've lived in house/ flat shares with both men and women many times before and so know how to make it work.

The room is available now but I'm happy to wait for the right person! Please no couples or time wasters, no negotiations on price. Please be aware this is a sub-letting arrangement, with full permission from the landlord. Deposit of £200, just for any accidental damage. References from previous flatmates/ landlords would be ideal and I will offer the same to you, if needed.
