The bedroom which is available now is priced at £350 per month including bills which include reasonable usage of Gas, Electricity, Water. Council Tax, TV License and Broadband also included. A deposit of £350 will be required to secure the rooms availability and rent is payable in advance each month. Just so you know the room is on the second floor and you will need to be comfortable with stairs. The house is in excellent decorative order and is "light and airy" in "Estate Agent" speak!!
The property has a modern equipped kitchen which includes a Fridge-Freezer, Oven, Washing machine. There is a furnished Living/Dining room with doors out to a private garden. There is a downstairs cloakroom and bathroom on the first floor with bath and shower which is shared.
At the property there is off street parking by way of a communal car parking area a short distance form the house. The Parking at the house is already at its maximum and no parking is available on the driveway or imediately in front of house as the house is situated opposite a large "shared" driveway and parking in front of the house on a regular basis causes disruption to other neighbors, so the car park is the only option. This would ideally suit a professional looking for a quiet, clean and modern property.
The property us situated close to Costessey park & ride for easy transport to the N&N Hospital and UEA Reasearch park. Regular bus service into the City centre.
