A short ten minute walk from Lowestoft College and only 4 minutes from the train station, which connects you to nearest cities, Ipswich and Norwich. 2 minutes away from the bus station

The facilities available include: wardrobe with a chest of drawers and fibre optic broadband - In room netflix and sky TV Gas, electric, water and washing machine facilities are also included in the package and there is a spacious bathroom with a large corner bath and shower. A very comfortable double bed is included.

I live on my own so will only be sharing with one other person. My daughter visits occasionally and has her own room.

The road noise cannot be heard from your room, as the windows have double glazing and allow you to have a peaceful stay. Would prefer a working person but DSS welcome

Smoking is not permitted in the house but outside in the garden. If its raining you can stand at the back door and smoke

A cleaner comes once a week to clean all shared areas
